Job Objective
The Customer Services Agent is in charge of offering great client service in terms of tickets bookings and WB goods in order to create sales and ensure customer happiness and loyalty.
Responsibilities and Duties
To create sales, make bookings and sell tickets for all WB clients.
Fare quotations are distributed to all WB clients in order to give the best relevant fares and drive sales.
To acquire and keep loyalty, recruit and manage existing and future frequent travelers.
Printing and reconciling sales returns to daily sales accounts;
Promote WB products and services to increase awareness, sales, and income.
Encourage direct telephone sales to cut distribution expenses and increase sales.
Profile Desired: Education, experience, and abilities are required.
IATA/UFTAA Diploma/basic airline prices and degrees in travel and tourism
ticketing
At least two years of experience working in a travel agency;
English (spoken: fluent, written: excellent); knowledge of French will be an asset; customer focus; excellent communication skills;
Personable/approachable personality
Advanced computer abilities.
