Work/travel location: Kigali, Rwanda, plus travel to other places in the nation where the organization has activities.

Clients and other stakeholders are external stakeholders.

Job Description:

Serving as the company’s liaison officer between customers, technical, and operational personnel.
Preparing proposals for customers, confirming appointments, quotes, and order confirmation
Booking installations, maintenance, and survey trips to the client’s location by operations and technical personnel.
Analyzing feedback from any client communications and providing a quick answer to improve customer retention.
Providing an efficient security solution that is appropriate for clients, prospects, and consumers

the safeguarding of their property
Managing, running, and maintaining the company’s sales database.
Increasing emphasis on new sales of innovative security solutions to promote and sell all corporate goods (electronic and manned security)
Ensuring that new clients pay a pre-service fee or a first-month deposit to the firm.
Assisting with debt collection for clients who do not make timely payments.
Any further responsibilities delegated by management


The Sales and Marketing Executive, Rwanda is answerable to the Rwanda Sales and Customer Service Manager for the duties outlined in this job description. These tasks will be reviewed and managed through mid-year and annual performance reviews, as well as through KPI tracking.


A formal education in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales, or a similar discipline.
Two (2) years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience is required.
Computer savvy (MS word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Professionalism, outstanding customer service, and a commitment to resolving client issues
Sales-oriented, self-motivated, upbeat, and self-assured.
Capability to fulfill deadlines and a desire for success
Ability to maintain tight secrecy
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as a strong knowledge of written and spoken English.
Be eager to work in and Be a part of a professional and business-driven team in an office setting.
